Beta anyone?

Hi, would somebody be willing to beta a fic of mine (1700 words, there is Viggo, Karl, Orlando and Sean in it, but not much of a pairing)? It´s a curious little piece that has been bothering me for a longer time and it turned out to be really strange. I´m not an English native speaker and I need somebody to just check my grammar while leaving the sentence construction mostly untouched as long as the sentences do make sense. I could also use a second opinion on the whole idea.

Just wanted to ask if you got my email at all... you had only an LJ email in your profile and that seems to behave wonky most of the time... :) (at least when I´m using it)

No problem, just glad to hear that... I usually ask people to let me know if they got my mails, but since I need a beta like once or twice a year I totally forgot about it this time....

Hi, I wrote you an e-mail on Monday this week but I didn´t get a reply. And it´s been three weeks now since I send you my fic for beta and I didn´t hear from you for the whole time and now I´m feeling rather stupid because I´ve probably waited for something that isn´t going happen at all and I should have either put a deadline on the betaing or checked with you sooner or there maybe has been some misunderstanding or well, something...
Uhm..so, provided that you still remember the whole me-asking-for-a-beta-and-you-offering I just would like to know what went wrong? Thank you.

Uh, wait, hold on, I did reply to you. I sent you the beta on the 10th to your yahoo addy.

I am really sorry for not double-checking with you to make sure that you got it. I hate thinking that you've been spending all of this time wondering what had happened.
