Disclaimer: This is quite a bit of not true.
Summary: I was struck dumb by the brilliant articles the1elf passed along to me, suggesting a Sean that was in some ways nothing like I'd imagined him and in other ways exactly as I had. So this emerged from the ashes that was me. I know the tense shift might be a bit confusing to some, but the idea is that the beginning and the end are "present" (present being autumn 2000) and the middle is all flashback. I hope that's clear enough to the reader, but I don't really want to change it. Just call me stubborn in my old age ;-) Oh, and suspend disbelief because I realised after writing the last scene that Sean was actually filming in Toronto at that time. But that's why we call it fiction, right?
