FIC: All Right (SB/VM, R, 1/1)

Because my friends are Evil Minions and hopeless romantics, occasionally I end up talking to them in the evening and then having really warped dreams. What follows is one such example. Please don't expect originality or cleverness; my subconscious mind has neither of those things, only smarminess.

Summary: It takes Sean a few minutes to figure out what he offered and what Viggo accepted.

Disclaimer: This is fiction, never happened, never will.

Ow. Oh, ouch. It's hurty in all the good ways, and even the good quiet at the end hurts, but in a different way. You choose your words very well, carefully measured, like I think this Sean would do, in this detached way he has of thinking about himself.

What's great is the slow revelation that we can really follow, the way we know what Sean wants the same way Sean knows what Sean wants, but not really, right there at the edge of admitting to himself that he wants it. The way he watches Viggo, the details he picks out -- obviously a man infatuated but unable to really see it. And we're right there with him, the "are they/aren't they" feeling of the beginning, the "si that what he meant" of the invitation.

Very nice. I read it twice before I could breathe properly to give feedback. Because, you know, the breathing helps.
