How do you if you've really been in love? Or if someone was in love with you?

What's the one thing that will tell you?

Is it affection? In their embrace or kiss? No, it can't be. Hell, Dom will tackle total fucking strangers in hugs and make-out with anyone who asks him.

It's not that.

Is it sex? Heh, I doubt it. I used to think if you had sex you were in love. But now? I know sex and love couldn't be further away from each other.

For some people at least.

Is it when they say, "I love you"? No. No. It can't be that. Not when someone will look you in the eye, tell you they love you, and the next day you catch them fucking someone else.

Shit.

I need to stop crying. Get out of bed. Do something other than stare at the ceiling. Fucking hell, it's been almost a month since I walked out on Orlando, you'd think I'd be a little better by now. Especially, since I wasn't the one who fucked up. But I guess... that's how you know if you loved someone and how much they loved you.

It's in how long it takes to get over them and how much your heart bleeds when it's broken.

Haha, I think you've read my mind. Because when I was done writing this it did cross my mind to write a sequel with Elijah doing that. I may do that.
