Would Someone Tell Me Where or How to Present a Writing Challenge??

PLEASE forgive me if I am breaking rules by posting this here...but...How do you present a story writing challenge??? After the Oscars last night I just KNEW I wanted to read a particular RPS story about Elijah and Dominic really, really bad!

I hear about story writing challenges all the time...about how someone comes up with a story idea and presents a challenge and then people write the stories...

This is an Elijah/Dom Writing Challenge...

SPECIAL NOTE: I already upset the moderator of another journal (and I am very sorry for doing so) by posting the challenge in her community. Where DO I present challenges?

ALSO: Does anyone know where I can find a Elijah/Dom story concerning feet?? I read it and it was wonderful and now I cannot find it...

i dont know about the challenge part but if no one responds abotu the fic youre looking for try lotrips_finders but youll need more info than taht cause im sure theres more than one feet-fic <3
