A/N: Merry Christmas! I wanted to write fluffy and happy Domlijah, so here it is.

Elijah held the bowl of eggnog in his hands, trying to stop it before it sloshed over the sides and onto the floor.

“Fuck!” he shouted as the kitchen door hit him, sending eggnog all over him and the floor. He spun around to see Orlando standing there, looking guilty.

“Sorry, Lij. Um. You go change and I’ll clean this up.” Orlando took the bowl from Elijah as Elijah walked out of the kitchen and past mingling bodies to his bedroom. He closed the door behind him and quickly shed his shirt.

“What happened?” Dom asked, stepping into the room and closing the door behind him.

“Orli hit me with the door while I was taking the eggnog into the living room. Made a fucking mess and got all over me.” Elijah threw the shirt down and picked a sweatshirt up off the desk chair.

“Lij, you could put on something nicer than that old thing.” Dom walked over to the closet and pulled out a red sweater. “Here, put this on.”

“Thanks, Mom,” Elijah teased as he pulled the sweater over his head. Dom slapped him on the ass on his way to the door. Elijah shook his head and pulled off his jeans.

When he rejoined the party, he saw Dom across the room talking to Sean. He waded through the people, stopping occasionally to say a few words to them, and finally stopped beside him.

“Did Orli clean up the mess?” Elijah asked.

“Yes. And put out a fresh bowl. You’ve got him trained so well,” Dom joked. “Nice hat.” Dom hit the white puffball on the end of Elijah’s red Santa hat.

“Thanks. Thought it was quite festive. I’m just Santa’s little helper.”

“Dom!” Ali yelled as she ran over and jumped into Dom’s outstretched arms. Dom gave her a big kiss on the cheek.

“How’s my favorite girlfriend?” he asked, kneeling in front of her.

“Great!” She latched onto his hand as he stood up.

“I’m glad you came to the party, Sean,” Elijah said.

“Think I would miss your first Christmas party in your ultra-posh New York apartment? Of course not! Plus, the girls wanted to see you before Christmas.”

“The party turned out rather nice. Should be tame enough for the landlords. I’d hate to get evicted because of a harmless Christmas party.”

“Might want to watch out for Billy and Orlando then,” Dom said, pointing across the room to where they were playing with the stereo. Elijah shook his head in amusement.

“Dom! Elijah! You’re standing under mistletoe!” Ali said, pointing up above their heads. They looked up simultaneously at the green twig with a bright red bow hanging above them. “Now you have to kiss!” she said in between giggles.

“It is tradition, after all,” Dom said, winking at Elijah. Elijah grinned.

“Wouldn’t want to break a holiday tradition, now would we?” Elijah leaned close to Dom and kissed him softly before pulling away. Dom wrapped his free hand around Elijah’s neck and pulled their lips together again. They didn’t break apart until they heard Sean clear his throat. They looked guiltily over at him.

“I don’t think my daughter is quite old enough to watch the two of you make out,” Sean said, trying to hide his amusement. Ali giggled insanely. Dom picked her up and placed her between him and Elijah.

“Now look who’s under the mistletoe!”

“Holiday tradition,” Elijah said as he and Dom leaned in and placed big kisses on both Ali’s cheeks. She wrapped her arms around their necks and kissed them both chastely on the lips.

“Such a good girlfriend,” Dom joked as he let her down.

“You two are going to warp my children,” Sean said, shaking his head.

“Lighten up, Sean,” Dom said, pulling him under the mistletoe and kissing him on the cheek. “All kinds of holiday love around here.”

“You’re insane.”

“But you love me anyway.” Sean broke into a smile before being pulled towards Christine and Lizzy by Ali.

Elijah slipped his hand into Dom’s and watched the party before them. Billy and Orlando turned on loud Christmas music. “Shit, I’m gonna get in trouble.” Elijah took a step towards them, but Dom held fast to his hand.

“If they throw you out because you were blasting ‘Jingle Bells’ too loudly, then you may not want to live here anyway.” Elijah gave Dom a helpless look as he glanced between him and the stereo.

“When I get evicted, I’m moving in with you.”

“I can handle that,” Dom said, pulling Elijah close. He leaned in to kiss him again.

“Ohmigod!” Elijah yelled in Dom’s face. “I love this song!” Elijah grabbed Dom’s hand and led him into the group of people in the living room mingling. He held onto both Dom’s hands and started moving them back and forth as he twisted his hips animatedly to Bobby Helm’s “Jingle Bell Rock”.

“You look like an idiot.” Dom stood still as Elijah bobbed his head with the familiar Christmas song. Elijah lifted each one of Dom’s arms in time with the music.

“Dance with me!”

“No.”

“You suck, Dominic Monaghan.” Elijah dropped Dom’s hands. He made horns with his fingers and banged his head as “Rock the night away” floated from the speakers. Dom broke into laughter.

“Okay, idiot.” Dom took Elijah’s hands in his own and moved them around with the music. He lifted his arm as Elijah twirled underneath.

“See, you’re having fun.” Elijah slid his arms loosely around Dom’s neck. Dom wrapped his arms around Elijah’s waist as they rocked from side to side. The music changed to a slower song and Elijah rested his forehead on Dom’s. “You danced with me,” he whispered.

“I also looked stupid,” Dom whispered. “Now let’s go get some of that spiked eggnog before Billy drinks it all.”

“Spiked?” Elijah asked, following Dom to a table covered in various trays and bowls.

“You did let Orlando replace what he spilled on you.” Dom set two glasses in front of the bowl and picked up the ladle.

“He wouldn’t really spike it, would he? Sean’s kids are here.”

“Taste it,” Dom said, handing Elijah a glass. Elijah’s face scrunched up as he took a sip.

“He definitely spiked it.” Elijah took another sip as Orlando walked up to them, swaying slightly. Billy stood behind him, laughing.

“Here. Wear this,” Orlando said between laughs. He placed a headband with a piece of mistletoe bobbing above it over Elijah’s hat. Then Orlando kissed him.

“Hey now,” Dom said, slipping an arm around Elijah’s waist and pulling him close. “Mind who you’re kissing.”

“I have an idea.” Elijah took the headband off his head and placed it on Billy’s. “Billy needs it more than I do.”

“Now kiss him, Orli. We’re waiting.” Dom snickered as Orlando leaned forward and kissed Billy sloppily. Elijah tugged on his hand and pulled him away from the kissing couple. “I wanted to watch.”

“You’re a perv. And you’ll get plenty of that after everyone leaves,” Elijah said, winking.

“Announcement everybody! Party is over!” Dom yelled. Everyone turned and looked at him while Elijah blushed a deep crimson.

“Dom!” Elijah said, pulling Dom towards Sean and Christine. “I can’t believe you just did that!”

“But look! People are getting ready to leave.” Elijah stopped and watched as partygoers started putting on their jackets and gloves.

“I’m going to say goodbye to everyone. Sean, make him behave until I get back.” Sean laughed as Elijah walked to the door. He hugged and shook hands with everyone as they left the apartment. After a few minutes, the only people left were Billy, Orlando, Sean and his family. Elijah crossed the room and stopped in front of Dom, who looked at him with a satisfied smirk on his face.

“That was easy.”

“Dom, when you wake up in a few days to find coal in your stocking, you will know why.”

“I think we’re about to head out, too,” Sean said, cradling a sleeping Lizzy in his arms. “This one’s out cold and Ali is curled up on your couch.”

“I’m so glad you came!” He gave Christine a hug then turned to Sean. “I would hug you, but your arms seem to be full.”

“Yes. Now they’ll never sleep on the flight home.”

“Have a merry Christmas! Don’t forget to give the girls our gifts on Christmas day,” Dom said, following Christine and Sean to the door.

“Oh believe me, they won’t let us forget,” Christine said.

Dom and Elijah waved from the doorway as they walked down the hall to the elevator. Dom grabbed Elijah and pulled him inside suddenly. “We’re alone.”

“No you’re not,” Billy said. He walked up to them, Orlando attached to him at the waist. “But we’re about to go back to my hotel room.”

“Our hotel rooms,” Orlando said. Billy blushed and laughed.

“Our hotel rooms. That’s right.” They opened the front door and stepped into the hall. “Great party, Lij. New Years?”

“New Years will be at someone else’s place. Someone else’s mess.”

“You two go have fun in Billy’s room,” Dom said, slipping his arms around Elijah’s waist and resting his chin on Elijah’s shoulder. Billy started to protest, but just broke into a grin.

“We will. Merry Christmas!”

Elijah closed the door and Dom kissed his neck softly.

“Are we alone now? Or is an elf going to pop out from under the table?”

“The elf just left,” Elijah joked. Dom groaned and buried his face into Elijah’s shoulder. “I know. That was bad.”

“Worst joke you’ve made all week. And that’s saying a lot.”

“Shut up. It’s late and I’m tired.” Elijah walked into the living room, Dom shuffling behind with his face still buried in Elijah’s shoulder. “Mind letting go of me for five seconds so I can light a fire?”

“Do I have to?”

“Yes.”

Dom reluctantly dropped his arms from Elijah’s waist. He plopped down on the floor while Elijah got a fire going in the small fireplace. Elijah walked over to the food table, poured them two more glasses of eggnog, and grabbed a blanket from the couch on his way back.

“Here you go.” Elijah handed Dom the glasses before he sat down beside Dom. Dom held the glasses above his head while Elijah situated himself between Dom’s outstretched legs and spread the blanket over them. Dom handed Elijah his glass and propped himself against the chair behind him. They stared at the fire and sipped eggnog as quiet Christmas music played in the background.

“It was a good party, Lij.”

“Thank you. I hope everyone had a good time. Even if you did throw them out.” Elijah giggled softly as he touched his lips to Dom’s chin.

“The party was over. I was ready to spend time alone with my boyfriend.”

“Impatient. But what can I say? I’m dead sexy in this red sweater.”

“Much better than that dirty sweatshirt you wanted to put on.”

“Shut up.”

“Make me.”

Elijah set his empty glass down on the floor and turned around in Dom’s lap. “Okay.”

Elijah pushed Dom back onto the floor gently. He pressed his lips to Dom’s as he grabbed the hem of Dom’s shirt between his fingers. He pulled away as he lifted it over Dom’s head.

“Good thing you brought the blanket,” Dom said, sliding the fabric of Elijah’s sweater up his chest.

“I think ahead sometimes.” Dom pulled the sweater over Elijah’s head, and Elijah leaned down and kissed him again. Slowly, they shed their jeans and rocked against each other, lips and tongues intertwining. Elijah slid his hand underneath Dom and slipped two fingers inside, watching the way the firelight shifted as Dom’s face contorted in pleasure. Elijah dropped kisses along Dom’s shoulders and chest as he worked his fingers. He recaptured Dom’s lips as he removed his fingers and pushed slowly inside. Elijah thrust in and out lazily as his and Dom’s tongue slid over one another. He reached his hand between their bodies and wrapped his hand around Dom’s cock. Within a few moments, Dom came, spreading warmth between them. Elijah thrust a couple more times and came inside him. He brushed Dom’s damp hair from his face and placed kisses all over his face.

“I love you.”

“I love you, Elijah.”

Elijah rolled off Dom and stood up. He walked into the bathroom and grabbed a towel, tossing it at Dom as he walked to the kitchen. Dom wiped his belly and stood up, wrapping the blanket around his shoulders.

“Elijah!”

“What?” Elijah asked, running to join Dom by the window.

“It’s snowing.” Dom opened the blanket and wrapped it around Elijah’s shivering body as they stared out of the window. Small white snowflakes fell freely from the sky.

“My first white Christmas,” Elijah whispered. Dom wrapped his arms tighter around Elijah. “I’m glad it’s with you.”

“I am, too.”

They took a step closer to the window and watched as the snow fell over the city, wrapped warmly in each others arms.
