Summary: Elijah has lived his entire life on the Greek Island of Rhodes surrounded by mountains and the sea. Elijah who is short lanky, pale skinned, with aptitude for Archeology and love of myths lives on a small island where Football is king. He might as well be an alien, nothing at all like Orlando, who had been the reining prince for so long it comes as a shock to everyone when after graduation, rather then rule, he flees the Island for Cambridge. Elijah never expected Orlando to return at all, and is shocked to see him at the annual dockside festival. Even more horrific is the accident that night takes away Orlando’s hopes of ever playing professional football, and the beauty that has made him who he is. For the first time in his life Orlando faces what Elijah faces everyday, Imperfection, and it’s eating him alive. These two unlikely friends embark on a quest to find answers for themselves. Is it possible for Orlando to learn something from him about the true meaning of what is beautiful and can Orlando teach Elijah to face his greatest fear? Can they face the great Poseidon and come away triumphant?
