Anyone know what happened to http://www.secret-panel.net/fanfic.html ???  And when?  I never went there any more because I had thoroughly read everything there, but I went to update my links and poof - it's gone.  did it move or die?

I'm not familar with this web site so I don't know what happened. However, since there's no redrect or new web address on the site, it proably just lasped or the owner gave it up. I put the address into the wayback machine and got several dated versions of the site. The last was in 2006 but the site says the last update was in 2004. Maybe lack of updates is why it's not around anymore. Someone else might know more....

It'll list several different dates, each is a link to a cached version of the website. You might be able to get to the stories this way, you may not. Not all links on a site are cached in the wayback machine.

No not at all thank you very much, It didn't even occur to me to look for it in an archive anywhere. (d'oh!) I still have my old links for everything, hopefully I'll be able to back up all my dead links with older versions of the sites.
