He’d not been going out much. Photographers everywhere. Fashion Week had been… tricky.

He pressed the remote’s back key and Frodo claimed the Ring as his own in Mount Doom for the sixth time.

A reminder.

Elijah should never look like that: beautiful, strong and in pain.

Yet he'd 'achieved' Elijah looking as bitter and determined for real.

When he said it was done and swore not to start with Elijah ever again. Not to put him through it anymore. When he promised to stop hurting him.

Orlando watched again, considering his cowardice and whether certain promises could be broken.
