...A moment of stunned silence; then came cheers and applause from the crew. Catcalls echoed around the soundstage. Viggo rubbed his thumb along the edge of Orli’s Elven earlobe, then blew him a little kiss. Turning, Viggo took a bow to rapturous approval. Aragorn strode off like he owned the joint.

“You smug bastard,” Orli marveled.

Another wild ride - you do such a fantastic job of weaving all the actors into the story and giving them their own moment to shine. That kiss at the end disturbs me, though - after what Orlando and Viggo have been through, the kiss Orlando gives Elijah seems to raise false hopes - unless Viggo didn't know the Elf was going to do that... I'm sure all will be made clear in the next chapter.

He brought him forward gently, slowly leaning into Legolas’s strength, his determination, his ever-lasting patience and fortitude. He felt his own compromised resolve crumble as Legolas took over.
“It’s all right, Man,” the Elf told him. “I am here now.”

“You smug bastard,” Orli marveled.
“I’m not doing that,” Michael informed him dryly.

“You don’t know what it’s like to kiss you, Viggo. It’s like kissing the stars, like kissing the sun.”

Wow, what a ride! I'm looking forward to more!
