In the Driver's Seat
Title: In the Driver's Seat
Author: AngiePen
Fandom: LOTRiPS/Crossover
Pairing: Orlando Bloom/Johnny Depp
Rating: NC-17
Request: Crossover: Orlando Bloom/Johnny Depp: Johnny tries to seduce Orlando and is surprised when Orli really knows what he's doing. Bonus points for dark/toppy Orlando. Requested by
v_angelique.
Author's Notes: Written for the third round of the
lotrips_fqf, August 2006.
Johnny and Vanessa had been together for a long time and had worked out a modus operandi that kept things flowing. They spent as much time together as possible, doing family stuff in the daytime and each other at night. They actually managed to spend a lot more time together than most couples in the entertainment industry, mainly because Johnny could pick and choose his projects and dictated a few things into the contracts. And when this worked out then everything was cool.
It didn't always work, though -- they were both in the business and they weren't always going to be able to dovetail their travel and committments -- and when they were apart was when the rest of the agreement kicked in. That being that they were both human and acknowledged each other's need for companionship and all, but that they didn't ever try to replace each other or even come close.
What it boiled down to was that Johnny could do guys when he was off on location alone, but not women. And Vanessa could do girls but not men. Some couples wouldn't see the difference, but to Johnny and Vanessa it was as clear as the night-time sky over the ocean. And it worked for them, which was the important part, right?
