Summary: Dom and Lij warm up.
Note: For the flashfic-a-thon. A series of 50-word sections. Written for Alyssa J (fragile_pumpkin) Domlijah, mentioning the late, great Freddie Mercury. Sort of. :) All the section titles are from the Freddie Mercury album.. I hope that's good enough as a mention.
Note 2: This is my fourth attempt. Hopefully it's okay, it's definitely better than the first three tries. cross posted to my journal.




Getting Warmer


Play The Game

"What?"

"Huh?" Lij's left eyebrow twitches as he quickly looks down into his beer.

Dom grins and shakes his head. "Fancy another?"

Lij chews his lip. "Better not."

"Why? Might do something you'd regret?" Dom teases.

Lij's cheeks colour and he glances at the exit.

"Be right back," Dom promises.

Such A Tease

"Here," Dom says, setting down two shotglasses. "Get that down you."

"But-"

Dom doesn't let Lij finish. "God, Lij. Live a little!"

Lij glares, downs the shot in one. He almost chokes when Dom reaches across and squeezes his knee.

"Much better."

"My round!" Lij's voice is a nervous squeak.

Little Bit Of Feelin'

Dom moves closer when Lij sits down again, almost pushing him into the corner of the booth.

"Thanks," he purrs, pressing his fingers into Lij's arm repeatedly, like a cat's kneading paws.

"No problem," Lij says, blushing furiously in the dark.

"Any time you feel like dancing, let me know."

Caught In Between

Dom's dancing to a remix of 'Living on my own' when Lij finally joins him. He feels the small hand on his hip, opens his eyes to see Lij chewing his lip again, staring at him.

Dom curls his fingers into Lij's back pockets, drags him closer. "Good," he says.

It's My Invitation

Dom's left hand has crept up, come to rest in thick, dark hair. He wonders if Lij is falling asleep; he's barely moving. Maybe he's just afraid of breaking the spell. No chance, Dom thinks, dipping his head just to breathe out against Lij's lips.

"More," Lij sighs.

Dom obliges.

Turn It On

"Dom..." Lij pulls back, looking dazed. Dom can still taste the slightly sour flavour of Lij's tongue; cigarettes and alcohol. The sight of reddened lips, flushed cheeks and hazy eyes makes Dom moan and pull Lij back in for another kiss. Hungrier.

He's pushed away.

"Dom," Lij says, more urgently.

Monkey Business

They don't quite make it out of the club. Lij drags Dom through a door marked 'Staff Only' and into a room that's dark and smells of cleaning fluids.

Buttons are fumbled open, zipper dragged hastily down.

"Oh, God," Lij whimpers, Dom's hand on his cock.

"You want me to...?"

Thrills You Through

Lij's cock is like silky fire on Dom's tongue, salty fucking sweet. His fingers grip Dom's hair, his knuckles are white, body shaking.

"Please," Lij gasps, seeking more, deeper, faster.

Dom pulls his mouth away, long enough to growl, "I want to fuck you so bad," and Lij groans breathlessly.

Come Alive

Lij bucks suddenly, mouth opening and closing with soundless cries.

Dom takes all Lij gives him, swallows soundly.

"Fuckfuckfuck... Dom..."

Dom lifts his eyes to see Lij looking down at him. He hollows his cheeks, drags his lips up and off with a soft wet sound. Lij's eyes roll back.

What's Going On

More kisses, more fumbling in the darkness to clean up, refasten, make presentable. Dom lets Lij lean against him, listens to his breathing even out.

"What was that?" Lij finally asks.

"Warm up," Dom replies. "It was just a warm up." The heat in his voice promises more and soon.

Oh, gosh.. I was sitting here for a few days thinking it was awful and that you weren't going to read it, or had read it and hated it...

~hangs head in shame~ I am an impatient biatch. Forgive me.

I'm very glad you *did* like it, though. I don't write DomLijah very often *at all*...in fact, now I think of it... I've only ever written them if somebody's requested it.
