I found this challenge at cinzia's journal, and gave it a go. I give you:

Socks - VM/SB, PG

Wriggling his toes a bit, Sean looked from his socks to Viggo and back to his socks. "What's wrong with my socks?"

Viggo grinned. "N'thing. They're just..."

"What?" Sean frowned and looked at Viggo's feet, but his socks were covered by his long jeans.

"They're boring."

"Boring? God Vig, no one ever *sees* my socks but you anyway. Who cares if they're plain grey?"

"I do." Viggo stated simply, and grinned as he stretched his legs, reveiling his own socks. Sean smiled when he saw them, and shook his head.

"I should've known, Vig. I should've known." Viggo's socks were non-matching, the left one red and the right one black with bright yellow stripes.

"What can I say?" Viggo chuckled. "It's my inner artist."

"Sure, Vig. Now come here and kiss me, take my mind off of your artistically virtuous socks."

How about a sequel where you describe their feet, in detail, with illustration? Com'mon...I'm not the only one out here with a foot fetish....
