Summary: Elijah goes on Vacation in England and meets and falls in love with Dom.
Author Notes: There is no such cologne as English Spice. It's something I made up. If it did exist, it would smell like a lighter version of Old Spice.
This story is also loosely based on the movie The Notebook
I have no clue on how the British Military works, so there's a lot of liberties taken with this chapter. I apologize now if anyone is offended or annoyed with this chapter. No Offense is meant.
