Note: This started as a tagged-out piece between myself and a former cowriter, and didn’t get more than a few reps in. But, after debating for months, I still couldn’t let it die as I was too happy with Harry’s personality here. So I rewote the few Sean grafs and finished the tale. It’s not related to either the Establishment or Citadel versions of these characters.
