Title: Tears ...

The tears came ...
Never had Elijah imagined he'd feel like this. His head began to swim as he took in the scene before him. He felt as if he would faint.
"Elijah? Are you alright? You don't look so good."
He recognized the voice but the words wouldn't register. How was this possible? When did this happen? He swatted at the tears, trying to coax them to stop, but with no success.
"Elijah ... please say something. Anything," the small scotsman pleaded. Billy put his hand to Elijah's cheek, stroking it gently.
Elijah finally found his voice.
"I love you too"
