Story One - Things We Can Not Possess


Prologue



If Orlando Bloom had to pick one word to describe the place, he would probably choose ‘packed’. The air was stifling, soaked with noise and the smell of cigarettes, but positively vibrating with excitement. Which was exactly the way he liked it. Soft lips curled into the most charming smile London nightlife had ever seen as Orlando effortlessly moved across the room, manoeuvring through the crowd as if the bodies writhing more or less in synch with the beat of the latest dance floor hit posed nothing more of an obstacle to him than butter did to a hot knife. Piece of cake. His chocolate brown eyes glinted mischievously in the constantly shifting light of the “Violent Violet” night club.
