SUMMARY:  When the mother of Sean's daughter dies, father and daughter fall into despair. Darkness, like falling leaves, can bury you alive. But then, there was Constant Billy... Romantic, porny and shmoopadelic, with generous helpings of humor and Scottish Gaelic, which I pray is done well enough.

WARNINGS: graphic descriptions of sex and loads of sappy romance, which doesn't have to be a bad thing.

A/N: Sean has no daughter named Katie. I just feel more comfy writing about a fictional kid as opposed to his actual children. I have no idea why. Also, I do understand that Sean does not live in Sheffield, but it was handy to have him live there for this fic.

New Fanfic Awards Community

I'm pleased to announce the creation of a new LOTR fanfic awards community, the Men of Middle Earth Awards. mome_awards plan to recognize the extensive variety of OTPs in the LOTR slash fandom by presenting awards based on story length and pairing for both RPS and FPS. RPS fics completed between July 1, 2006 and June 30, 2007 are eligible and winners will be announced in September. The FPS program will launch later this year.

Come join us in celebrating the wide range of pairings and awarding excellence in the LOTR slash community! I'm looking forward to a fun and exciting inaugural year.
