WARNING: This may NOT be what you are expecting, what you want or even what you like but this is what happened next. Not much sex (apart from chapter one) but loads of angst. It made me cry when I wrote it, how daft is that?

Notes: This takes place about three years after the end of story three. Three happy, pretty uneventful years in which family relations have settled down and Elijah has finished his degree, trained to become an early years school teacher and has almost finished his first year in the classroom.

I am hoping the bits in italics are self-explanatory
