Billy remembers odd things, at odd moments, and they break him every time. He’ll feel himself crack a little and then suddenly he’s scrabbling to keep the pieces together. He thought he had gotten pretty good at it but he's discovering now that it was Dom who glued things back into their proper place. Dom’s fingers always pressing down on him, tethering him and making him whole.
