How to write all evening and then trash it and start over.

Start with an unfinished piece of writing. Begin after work when you're still tried. Have other work that has to be finished in the morning waiting for you. Encourage your natural instincts to blow off the boring RL work and concentrate on writing.

The most difficult part is liking what you write, but finding out it needs to be reworked, because you were not thinking straight while you were writing.

Tomorrow is Thursday!! and another day to write. Another evening to enjoy writing and blowing off the RL job!

Go me!
