Author's Notes: After saying I'd not write another historical AU, I um...wrote another historical AU. This one is set in 1646, after the battle of Naseby, at the end of the first English Civil War. Possibly this is to exploit my kink of blackcladPuritanical!Billy, and velvetystrokeylaceybooted!Dom, but it's a bunny that I had to scratch. It's long - it's three chapters in one story, because it ran better that way. And the history is explained within, as usual. Wot? You expect me not to do that?
