But it was more than just pretty now, it was unsure.

AN: Written for the [livejournal.com profile] contrelamontre challenge in which the opening sentence must be: "Even watching him felt like being a voyeur." Crossposted to my journal. 32 minutes

Even watching him felt like being a voyeur.

Every moment on set, every drink at the bar, every casual pat on the back induced a spasm of heated memories that seemed to crawl beneath my skin and fester in a beautiful symphony of feels-so-good remembering. Every word that escaped his lips twisted itself into a double meaning in my mind, every tiny movement of his body this way or that seemed to me a seduction. Just a meeting of eyes - deep dirty innocent blue - evoked images of him on his knees, staring up at me, beautiful, wanton, and mine.

Everything about him made me remember how filthy and spectacular it was - made me remember the animate drinks beforehand, the awkward silences for weeks after. It made me remember that I could never have him again.

It was getting to the point that I couldn't work around him. His mere presence during shooting was enough to send me stumbling and fumbling through my lines for an entire scene. He held a power over me - could pull my strings and push my buttons effortlessly. I doubt he even knew he did it.

"Dominic."

"Y-Yes?" I choked. I stumbled. I couldn't even speak around him.

He hadn't spoken to me for weeks. Not since "the incident." The fantastic incident.

"Dom. We need - I need to talk to you."

"Um... Yeah, okay." Stupid. "Right now?"

"Later, preferably. Are you... I'll fix something to eat tonight. Come over?"

His eyes. That blue. But it was more than just pretty now, it was unsure, and an unsure Elijah was a stunning, vulnerable thing indeed. But of course, standing next to a dumbstruck, nervous Dominic, he probably looked even better.

"Yeah. Good. Sure."

Spiffy! But the only thing wrong with this is that it is *far* too short. Definetly needs to be longer ;) As you can never have too much. :)

Nice, you could cut that sexual tension with a knife.

I particularly liked filthy and spectacular.
