Fitting
by Cinzia

The Fellowship meets up in the usual pub a few days after Viggo's arrival, trying to explain why Stuart has been kicked out.

"He could never really fit in," Orli says, nodding sagely while actually looking at Billy, sitting close to him.

"Yeah," agrees Dom, slightly tipsy. "Ian said so. Said he was too re... res... How's that again, Bills?"

"Resolutely." Billy looks a little distracted, probably because Orlando is now nuzzling his ear. "Resolutely heterosexual..."

Lij laughs so hard he actually falls off his stool. "Can't even SAY it!" He shrieks amid fits of giggles from somewhere under the table.

Dom would verbally abuse him, if he weren't busy joining him on the floor to shut him more effectively up.

Viggo eyes Sean Bean, sitting right next to him, from over his beer. "What about you?"

Sean raises a curious eyebrow. "What about me?"

"Aren't you--" Viggo searches for a nice way to put it "--notoriously heterosexual?"

Sparkling green eyes laugh at Viggo. "Yeah," Sean says, and winks. "Just not resolutely so."

"I think," Viggo slowly proclaims, eyes never leaving Sean's, "that I'll fit right in."

Sean clicks their bottles together, and leans closer. "Looking forward to that," he whispers huskily in Viggo's ear.
