Summary, Billy wants Dom back. Billy makes a proposition.

Disclaimer, I'm such a blasphemer and my pants are on fire.
Dominic stared at Billy for a long minute before it registered in his head what was going on. Billy’s hands were on him, on his forearms, pushing Dominic backwards against the wall.
“Billy,” he breathed, but his eyes closed. This was wrong. He knew it was wrong. They couldn’t do this. Billy had left him six months ago for a woman. And Dom had finally moved on. He had found his own girlfriend and he wouldn’t hurt her. Not like this. “We can’t.” Even to Dom, his voice didn’t sound very convincing.
“Why not?” Billy breathed against his ear, before taking the bottom of Dom’s lobe into his mouth, biting it gently with his teeth. He felt Dom’s body tense, a reaction he knew well. “It’s just like old times, Dommie.”
“Billy, I can’t. It’s not right. What about Lena? What about Beka?” Dom had to fight to get his hands to grasp around Billy’s biceps. He had to fight with every ounce of his being to push the older Scot back away from him. He had to fight to keep his gaze steady on Billy’s, to look determined that this was, in fact, very wrong.
Billy’s eyes were fixed on Dominic’s face, his eyes boring into Dom’s. Dominic knew he was angry, more than angry. And he knew Billy wasn’t going to let him walk away easily. Billy was always the dominant one, the forceful one. That’s what Dom had loved about him - what he still loved. But he wouldn’t hurt Lena. She had done everything in the world for him; she even told him that if Billy wanted to try it again, she would understand. She would step back to the friend position. “What about them?”
“I don’t want to hurt them, Bills. Either of them. This isn’t right.”
”We’ll see about that.” It was all he said before he slammed his way out of the bathroom stall and out of the bathroom, back to the reception party.
--------------------------
Lena wrapped her arms around Dom’s waist from behind. Her face nuzzled against his neck, leaving a soft kiss on his shoulder. “I was worried that you would take it badly, Dom. It’s why I didn’t give him an answer.”
Dom just stood still, staring out of the window of their fourth-story apartment. His eyes weren’t watching anything in particular, but his mind was doing all of the visuals for him. His eyes finally closed and he inhaled a deep breath. He let one hand fall over hers, squeezing them gently. “I know,” his voice was a whisper. He was afraid to let it get too louder, afraid he might start yelling, might start venting and it would be directed at the wrong person. He knew she didn’t want to hurt him. He knew she thought this was good, for him. She wanted to make him happy.
“I just can’t believe that he asked you to do this, Len.”
Her lips fluttered against his neck again, leaving small kisses against the back of his jaw. His body leaned back against her slightly.
“I can tell him no, Dommie.”
“Would it be wrong of me to tell you that I didn’t want you, too?”
He could feel the smile form on her lips against his skin. She left another kiss before she moved around him so that she was facing him, her arms still clasped around his waist, pulling him closer to her; her eyes stayed on his. “Never ever.”
He lifted a hand to brush the hair from her face before pulling her closer and kissing her. “It’s a party then.”
She moaned softly against his lips before nodding gently. “It’s a party,” she repeated against his lips.
