I have just begun to write a series that I know will require a beta who I trust and who will be severe on syntax, mistakes and errors (etc...). I plan on making this series fairly long (depending on my patience with it) and know that anyone who accepts this "job" would be taking on a lot (but hopefully not too much). The problems I think you'd be dealing with as far as my writing is concerned is a tendency to run-on and a terrible abuse (or neglect) of commas and periods.
The pairing is DM/EW and it is an AU set in the 50s, so if you dislike either in boldprint, I would stop reading this post.
Writing is not new to me, but having a beta certainly is, though I'm aware it shouldn't be based on the little feedback (which is still appreciated) I receive from most of the things I write. So bare with me if you decide to do this. I don't think I should be too annoying and will most likely take every piece of advice given as long as it doesn't stretch too faraway from what I was trying to get at.
I have about two Chapters complete with a total of 3125 words.
I will also send whoever takes this up, the outline of the story so you can understand where I'm going with it and also so you can decide if you're interested in sticking with me (or if you have any suggestions/improvements for it).
If this interests anyone please contact CMSpirito@AOL.com, or reply directly to this.
Thanks!
