Summary: My WAY too over-active imagination kicked in when I saw this pic and thought, “Holy Jesus, Billy looks frightened and Orlando’s gonna leave a bruise.”  Also inspired by Vast song, "Pretty When You Cry."

Keep smiling and don’t panic.  Keep smiling and don’t panic.

Billy had to repeat this to himself when he saw Orlando worming his way through the crowds on the red carpet, heading straight for him.  There was a predatory look on his face, and the Scot felt the beginnings of a cold sweat working its way up his back.

Just in time Billy slaps on a warm grin and welcomes Orli into open arms for the cameras, standing on his toes a bit so the taller man doesn’t have to lean down.  He knows Orli doesn’t like to bend.  He has at least a couple inches over Billy, and looms over him like a shadow, dwarfing others with his dominating presence.

A quick, too fierce hug that takes away Billy’s air, and Orlando releases his hold so that Billy can focus his attention on the crowd, smiling and leaving his hand on Orli’s back.  The Brit then turned and placed a hand on Billy’s shoulder, clenching it way too hard, in such a way that he knows there will be bruises, and that Orlando is doing this as a warning of what is to come.  What will happen when the cameras are gone and they’re all alone.  Where no one will here them, or care.

He shivers, and prays to God he’ll have enough strength and presence of mind to call Dominic and flee to his lover’s apartment when it’s all over; when Orli is sleeping soundly, exhausted from breaking Billy’s spirit, as well as his body.

Keep smiling and don’t panic.  Keep smiling and don’t panic.
