This was never intended to be a fic. I was mouthing off about Bad Fic and decided to do it through Billy and Dom. And then I did it again. And again. And again. So now I have decided to develop the idea into a fic (mostly becausel_s_q said it would be a good idea and she would like to see it!) so I'm going to post the intial bits before launching into full blown fic mode.
