Elijah looked absolutely beautiful playing in the snow.
Catching him by the shoulders in mid-spin, Dom leaned in quickly and pressed a soft kiss to Elijah’s lips. Instead of recoiling in shock, to Dom’s surprise, the American let a light giggle fall from his grinning lips and he turned, taking Dom by the hand and tugging him out into the falling snowflakes.
Elijah’s hands slid into Dom’s. He felt the momentum build as Elijah began to spin again, and felt Elijah’s grip on him tighten, pulling him closer.
The American tipped his head back and laughed, letting the weightless snow dust his cheeks. Dom held onto the boy, the twirling blurring everything around them. Righting his head, Elijah fell forwards onto Dom’s shoulder and leaned up to brush his lips over Dom’s neck, the whisper of Merry Christmas teasing at his ear.
