help me please!

i've been reading lotrips for a very long while now, and i've recently started going through the fics posted on this community from it's beginning.

i was reminded of a fic that i read maybe a year ago, and i can't find it anywhere. it's slowly driving me insane, so if anyone has any knowledge of the fic i'm talking about, i would be eternally grateful for your assistance.

it's elijah/billy, set in the future. billy has gotten into some sort of accident, and he loses his memory. the rest of the fic is basically just about his recovery. i think at the outset of the story billy and elijah are "married" or whatever.

so yeah, thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Hmmmm..I've read a Dom loses memory fic, but not a Billy. Sorry!

Don't know the story, but perhaps you can try [livejournal.com profile] lotrips_finders? There to help and find most fic that people loose or can't remember the author name of. Really good.

The story you're looking for is called 'The World Outside' I think. Last time I was looking for it I found it on google by typing 'the world outside billy elijah'.

I love that story:) First Billy/Elijah I ever read and still one of the best. Could have been overly melodramatic due to the subject matter, but it was handled really well.
I wish i'd gotten into the habit of saving fics:(
I think I found it on Cache on google last time anyway, the page has probably been deleted. I'm going to try various search engines and see if I can turn something up..I really want to read it again!
