Fic: Likes to watch
Title: Likes to watch
Pairing: Dom/Elijah
Rating: PG-13 (maybe R for language)
Disclaimer: Never happened. Merely a product of my twisted mind.
Notes: a small offering of pointless sappiness. And my first post here! Not beta-d, just thrown together after watching bits of TTT-EE.
Likes to Watch
Dom awoke, turned and reached across the bed. It was cold and empty. He looked at the clock. 3.46 am.
3 minutes went past, but the space beside him remained as vacant as before. Finally he threw back the covers, shivered and wandered into the hallway in his boxers.
He could hear voices in the living room and through the half-open door at the far end of the hallway, see the flickering blue light produced when a room is lit only by the TV. Padding down the hall, he realised that what he could hear was his own voice talking about orc liquor, and he stood in the doorway, looking.
Elijah was sitting on the couch in t-shirt and boxers, feet on the coffee table, hair all over the place, peering through his glasses at the screen. He had a cushion on his chest which he was hugging and burrowing his chin in to. Dom stood there, just looking at him. When Dom appeared on the screen talking about Viggo and the bearded lady, a huge grin slowly spread across Elijah's face, and Dom couldn't help himself. He crept up behind Elijah and grabbed him and the cushion.
Elijah physically jumped off the couch yelling "Fuck!", the top of his skull impacting with the underside of Dom's, giving Dom whiplash. Dom reeled backwards, clutching his chin.
"Aargh! Shit!! Shit, bastard shit!"
Elijah twisted round on the couch so he was kneeling on it, one hand on the top of his head. "What the hell are you creeping up on me like that for?" But he was smiling.
Dom walked over to him, rubbing his chin. Taking Elijah's face between his hands he kissed him gently, softly on the lips. "What the hell are you doing watching me on DVD in the middle of the night?"
"What makes you think I was watching it for you?"
"Cos you fancy me. Two minutes later and I'd have caught you having a crafty wank."
"You would not, asshole."
"Tosser."
"Fish-face."
Dom dropped his hands to his sides. "Fish-face? What the fuck is that?"
"It's 4 am! I ran out of insults."
"You're right. It's 4 am. What are we doing out of bed?"
"I was watching you on DVD."
Dom sighed dramatically. "Well, if you'd rather that than the real thing, fine. I was just thinking how sexy you look in your glasses, and getting all geared up to seduce you."
"Oh, OK. Don't let me stop you." But before Dom could make a move, Elijah grabbed him and toppled him over the back of the couch. He used a little too much force and Dom overshot, rolled right over him and landed on the floor between the couch and the coffee table.
"That," said Elijah, peering down at Dom, "was not how it was meant to go."
"Easily remedied." Dom pulled Elijah down on top of him. "Now give us a snog, sexy glasses-boy."
Constructive criticism welcome for my first Domlijah fic, just be gentle OK?
