I actually had the pleasure of spending a day with Sean Astin when he was a guest at the Sci Fi media con I work with, and they knew that I didn't care enough about him to do a poor job (ie: they will NEVER let me watch Orlando Bloom, and I nearly made a scene over tending Karl Urban) I can honestly say that he's one of the nicest guests we've ever had in 30 yrs of doing conventions and he was the only one I have ever known to appreciate and TAKE HOME every single thing that was given to him by his fans -- even the slash stuff!

So, yeah, I actually like Sean. However, he is easy to make fun of. I think that if he were reading this he'd be the first one to laugh.
