DRABBLE: Sean First (Viggo/David) PG

Sean First -- Viggo/David, PG -- because hell, it's Vig's birthday, so he needs a little angst.



David deserves better. Viggo knows it. It's just so easy with him. It was never going to be this easy with Sean. David's younger, doesn't take himself nearly as seriously as Sean did. With Sean, so many things turned into contests. Acting. Fucking. Everything.

David's what Viggo wanted from Sean and couldn't get. But that still makes him a mirror. A copy. And he knows it. He's too smart not to.

You're the real one, Viggo thinks. You're the one I need.

That may be. But he wonders if he'd have ever noticed David if he hadn't had Sean first.

I was gonna say something reassuring like "they'll work it out!" but with these boys, I'm never sure. I tend to cast David as a Sean-substitute. How aware Viggo is of that varies, how much David minds varies. These particular versions, Viggo's very aware of it and David minds a lot. I'm not sure that's a recipe for good things...

It's really odd. It could end up going to the mind control place eventually, although neither Bill nor Sean seem to have that particular talent themselves. I'm thinking that could be a Liam talent. And that Jason is a psi-blind sex slave. Oh my God, where do these bunnies come from?
