It appears to have taken me well over twelve months to finish this. Admittedly, for the last three months it has been sat on my hard drive, virtually complete apart from an unsatisfactory last paragraph.

‘Lines of Lightning’ comes from a Counting Crows song, Accidentally in Love (which would actually have been a more appropriate title) whilst ‘Hand and Glove’ is from a Smiths’ song.
