Elijah loved toast with cinnamon sugar. Every morning you could predict three things about Elijah: cigarettes, coffee and cinnamon toast. He had just finished his toast and was brushing the crumbs off his costume when he looked up at Sean with cinnamon sugar outlining his mouth.

Sean’s heart missed a beat. Normally he wouldn’t let himself even think about kissing a co-star, but the blush rising from Elijah’s collar and spreading across the creamy skin of his cheeks was an invitation to intimate thoughts.

And it wasn’t as if this was the first time he’d considered kissing Lijah. He let his gaze drift to Lijah’s lips dusted in cinnamon sugar, and his mouth dried.

Elijah’s blush intensified, “Sean…”

Sean cupped his hand around Elijah’s nape and smothered his words with his lips. He meant to pull back after a quick taste, but his lips lingered on the softness, sinking in and savoring. The sensation of coming home washed over him, which made no sense since he was on the other side of the world. Best he could figure it had something to do with his scent. Elijah smelled like apple pie and oatmeal cookies.

Elijah’s fingers curled into his chest, and his gasp of surprise pulled air from Sean’s lungs. His sanity followed right along behind it. Lijah’s silky curls brushed his knuckles and his groin stirred.

Down boy.

Sean released him slowly and struggled to regulate his breathing. His heart pounded in his ears like a jackhammer, and his blood raced through his veins as if pushed by a turbo charged engine. He hadn’t been with a man in a long time, and it was clear his body was aware of that fact.

That was the only reason kissing Elijah had set him on his ear. Wasn’t it?
