I step from the shower into the steamy bathroom and wrap a towel around my middle. Dripping head to toe, I stand before the medicine cabinet, inspecting the hair I should have shaved.

"Billy?" I hear my name being called from the bed.

"In the loo," I call back.

Seconds later Elijah pads into the bathroom rubbing viciously at his sleepy eyes. I smile at our reflection when he wraps me in his arms from behind.

He smiles back at me in the mirror and kisses my shoulder.

He kisses it again and I watch quietly and shiver.

In the mirror, we watch a drop of water slide from my shoulder to my elbow, where Elijah stops it with his fingertip. He traces the moist trail it left up to my shoulder.

I grin at his reflection and pick up my hair cream. Now isn't the time for this sort of distraction, as the clock ticks closer to my tightly scheduled day.

I work the cream through my hair with Elijah still pressed against my back, watching me in the mirror. He nips at my shoulder and grins. Naturally, I grin back at him.

I make to reach for my toothbrush when the shoulder nip turns to rather lusty nibbles. Our eyes meet in the mirror as I feel my towel slip to the floor.
