Kerry/Edwards
I would like to convey a message to all my friends in the slash community..
I know that this is not the place for political messages, but I humbly ask the pardon of the moderators.
I am making this journal entry to encourage all of my friends and other people who may be reading this to vote for freedom this November, and send John Kerry and John Edwards to the white house. They are a capable team and I believe that they will restore America's reputation to the rest of the world with grace and they will conduct themselves in thier new positions in office with honor. I believe they will pay attention to the dignity of people everywhere, not just in the US, and make decisions based on that awareness.
Peace is possible. It may never be total or everlasting, but I do believe that this team would get us off to a good start, whereas the Bush team has been deceptive, and wants to keep fear in the hearts of the American people, instead of hope. Please do vote, even if you normally would not.
