THE PREMISE...
... is simple. You submit your stories (in response to the challenge) to a panel of chosen judges, who will then review them. If you win that round, you move on to the next one and so forth until only two are left and a winner is chosen.

THE REASON...
... I'm doing this now as a newbie to this fandom is because at this point I'm the least biased I can be concerning the "big shots" in the fandom. I don't have alliances and I don't belong to any of the fandom-cliques. The names I do know are of people who provide media and I'm only vaguely aware of a couple big fiction writers' names. So you can expect non-biased opinions and decisions from me.
